I am an award-winning librarian, open education practitioner and disability activist who is passionate about inclusive leadership and practices in education and workplaces.
- I have won institutional, national and international awards for my work in inclusion, open education, student learning, and personalised and community-based leadership, including an Australian Award for University Teaching citation, and the Open Educational Global Award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- I speak and write on topics such as disability inclusion and open educational practices.
- I co-host the GLAMR Disability in Dialogue podcast, and am co-founder and President of the Alliance for Neurodiversity and Disability in GLAMR Professions Australia Inc. (ANDPA).
- I am currently completing my Diploma in Professional Coaching and offer coaching and consultancy services.
